Surface Preparation
Iron phosphate and zinc phosphate conversion coatings that prepare metal surfaces for maximum coating adhesion and corrosion resistance — supporting AAMA 2604 and AAMA 2605 performance specifications.
System selection matched to your exposure conditions — epoxy primers, zinc-rich primers, polyurethane and polysiloxane finish coats for corrosion resistance, UV stability, and abrasion protection.
Heavy-duty, ultra-thick coatings applied with a specialized Graco two-component system — engineered for tank linings, internal pipes, and frack tanks using 100% solid epoxy, polyurea, and polyurethane.
Field Services
